Command level conference of Station Master Warrant Officers of bases under HQ Training Command was held on 25 May 26 at Bengaluru under the chairmanship of Air Marshal S Shrinivas, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, #TrainingCommand, #IAF. The AOC-in-C addressed the conference highlighting the need for maintaining high standards of #training, #safety and strengthening #camaraderie, #morale and #motivation of air warriors. This conference was attended by the IAF Master Warrant Officer from Air HQ, Command Master Warrant Officer from HQ Training Command and 16 Station Master Warrant Officers of various bases under Training Command. Matters concerning training of enhanced induction of #Agniveervayu were also discussed in this day-long conference. The event served as a medium to receive valuable feedback from the units under Training Command and also to share the vision of senior #leadership of the IAF in general and HQ Training Command in particular.

He appreciated the College in successfully accomplishing its role and task and the initiatives undertaken towards improvement in #training to make it realistic, effective and efficient. He also addressed and interacted with all personnel, highlighting the critical role of training and #professional competence.
