THE RECORD, NOT THE NOISE When the West Philippine Sea trends, the feed moves fast-clips, screenshots, hot takes. So here’s the reset, the documented record, dates, on-record statements, and what can be checked. The pattern is clear: when Filipinos publish evidence, the response isn’t accountability, it’s public attacks on the messengers (a Coast Guard spokesperson), independent journalism, and even credentialed research. If the facts are “wrong,” point to what’s inaccurate, otherwise, the timeline speaks for itself. Stay curious. Verify. Don’t let your feed decide your beliefs. #BRPSierraMadre #WestPhilippineSea #FactsFirst #VerifyBeforeShare #InformationIntegrity #DisinfoWatch #TransparencyWorks #MediaLiteracy #SovereignRights #HoldTheLine

Dear Governor Newsom, I'm genuinely speechless right now. Not because your post surprised me – watching you project harder than an IMAX theater has become predictable – but because the sheer AUDACITY of this claim demonstrates either a complete detachment from reality or a calculated attempt to gaslight Americans who actually pay attention to facts. So let's talk transparency in elections, shall we? Since you're SO concerned about who's "rigging and stealing" them. Here's what the declassified intelligence documents from the Obama administration ACTUALLY show us: The Obama administration KNEW that Russian and criminal actors did NOT impact election results through cyber manipulation. The December 8, 2016 intelligence assessment explicitly stated "We assess that Russian and criminal actors did not impact recent US election results by conducting malicious cyber activities against election infrastructure." The intelligence community concluded that "election monitoring and the type of systems targeted—infrastructure not used to cast or count votes—make it highly unlikely it would have resulted in altering any state's official vote result."¹ But here's what REALLY happened during the Obama years: Multiple government agencies documented that while voter registration databases in Arizona and Illinois were compromised, there was NO EVIDENCE of vote manipulation. The Illinois voter database was accessed, extracting voter data including names and addresses, but the IC assessment clearly stated these activities did NOT alter election outcomes. The assessment noted that "Criminal activity also failed to reach the scale and sophistication necessary to change election outcomes."¹ What the Obama administration DID do was investigate over 400 servers, conduct over 150 interviews, issue 30 search warrants, and pursue what turned out to be FALSE allegations about Trump conspiring with Russia. The investigation "pursued lines of inquiry about purportedly false election fraud claims, fake elector schemes, frivolous lawsuits, financial fraud and pressure on state officials to flip vote counts in Trump's favor."¹ Yet ZERO charges were ever filed related to actual election manipulation by Trump. Meanwhile, let's examine who's ACTUALLY been caught committing election fraud in recent years. Not conspiracy theories, Gavin – actual convictions with names, party affiliations, and sentences: DEMOCRATS CONVICTED OF ELECTION FRAUD: Michael "Ozzie" Myers (Democrat) – Former U.S. Congressman from Pennsylvania pleaded guilty in 2022 to conspiracy to deprive voters of civil rights, bribery, obstruction of justice, falsification of voting records, and conspiring to illegally vote in a federal election for orchestrating schemes to fraudulently stuff ballot boxes for Democratic candidates in the 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018 Pennsylvania elections.² Domenick J. Demuro (Democrat) – Philadelphia Judge of Elections for the 39th Ward, 36th Division, pleaded guilty in May 2020 to adding fraudulent votes on voting machines ("ringing up" votes) for Democratic candidates after receiving payments ranging from $300 to $5,000 per election from Myers, thereby diluting the value of ballots cast by actual voters.² Marie Beren (Democrat) – Judge of Elections for the 39th Ward, 2nd Division in South Philadelphia, pleaded guilty in October 2021 to casting fraudulent votes for Democratic candidates on behalf of voters she knew would not or did not physically appear at the polls, and falsifying polling books and voter lists.² Sherikia Hawkins (Democrat) – Southfield, Michigan poll worker pleaded no contest to misconduct in 2022 after covering up a failure to count 193 absentee ballots in 2018.³ Samunta Shomine Pittman (Democrat) – Charged in 2024 in Fulton County, Georgia with 70 counts of felony fraudulent entries for filling out and letting others fill out fictitious names on voter registration applications while canvassing for the Coalition for the People's Agenda, a left-wing advocacy group.⁴ Kimberly Zapata (Democrat) – Former Milwaukee Election Commission Deputy Director, charged in Wisconsin with one felony count of misconduct in public office and 3 misdemeanor counts of absentee ballot fraud after requesting military absentee ballots under false names and sending them to a Wisconsin state legislator's home during the 2022 election.⁴ Now, let me be crystal clear because I know you'll try to deflect: Republicans have been convicted of election fraud too. The data from 2016-2020 shows that of 170 defendants with known political affiliations, 39.4% were Democrats and 41.1% were Republicans.⁵ This isn't a partisan issue when it comes to WHO commits fraud – but it IS a partisan issue when it comes to WHO projects their own party's crimes onto their opponents. Here's what's particularly RICH about your projection, Gavin: You're accusing Republicans of being "terrified of transparency" while YOUR party fought tooth and nail against: Voter ID requirements Signature verification on mail-in ballots Cleaning up voter rolls Ending ballot harvesting Requiring proof of citizenship for voter registration If Democrats have nothing to hide, why oppose EVERY measure designed to ensure election integrity? It's like someone refusing a drug test while screaming that everyone ELSE must be on drugs. That lamp-ain't-lit thinking is truly remarkable. Let's also address the IRONY of you talking about rigging elections when YOUR state has documented issues including: Same-day voter registration without verification Ballot harvesting that creates opportunities for fraud Motor voter laws that automatically register non-citizens Opposition to cleaning voter rolls despite hundreds of thousands of inactive/deceased voters Quinn's Law of Liberal Projection strikes again: "Every liberal cause is designed to make liberals feel good about themselves and superior to others, without actually solving any real-world problems." You're not concerned about election integrity, Gavin – you're concerned about maintaining the systems that benefit your party while projecting your vulnerabilities onto Republicans. Here's another gem: Quinn's Law of Liberal Moral Authority states "Liberals think that their moral superiority gives them the right to tell everyone else how to live." You lecture about transparency while California's election processes remain opaque and vulnerable to the very fraud you claim Republicans commit. Let me be EXCEPTIONALLY clear about something else: The Heritage Foundation's Election Fraud Database – maintained by a conservative organization – documents 1,561 instances of voter fraud resulting in 1,325 convictions across ALL states and BOTH parties going back decades.⁶ To compile thousands of instances, they had to go back YEARS across hundreds of millions of votes cast. In Pennsylvania alone, 30 years of data covering 32 elections with over 100 million votes cast yielded only 39 cases of voter fraud.⁷ But here's what DOES threaten election integrity: Politicians like you who undermine confidence in our electoral system by making baseless accusations while projecting your own party's documented fraud onto your opponents. You're gaslighting Americans who can actually read intelligence reports and court documents. And Gavin, I have to mention something personal: I heard you say Greg Abbott "doesn't have the backbone" to do certain things. You know, the Governor who IS IN A WHEELCHAIR DUE TO A SEVERED SPINE. Making fun of a disabled person's physical condition while claiming moral superiority? That's not just ignorant – that's morally bankrupt. But I guess compassion and decency are optional when you're too busy projecting your insecurities onto political opponents. So let me fix YOUR broken logic, Governor: Republicans aren't terrified of transparency in elections – we're demanding it. We want voter ID, signature verification, cleaned voter rolls, citizenship verification, and secure voting systems. YOUR party fights these measures while simultaneously accusing US of rigging elections. That's not just projection – that's a dunderhead move that even the most addlepated nincompoop could see through. The fact that you're this bamboozled about election integrity while running a state with documented vulnerabilities shows you're either thick as a plank when it comes to understanding actual election security, or you're deliberately deceiving your constituents. Either way, you're not doing your job representing the people of California honestly. Here's the bottom line: The intelligence community under Obama confirmed NO election manipulation. Your fellow Democrats have been convicted of actual election fraud with names, dates, and prison sentences attached. Republicans are pushing for transparency measures that YOUR party opposes. And you have the GALL to accuse Republicans of rigging elections while projecting your own party's documented problems? That's not leadership, Gavin. That's a halfwitted attempt to gaslight Americans who actually pay attention to facts instead of partisan propaganda. Maybe between your presidential ambitions and your Twitter projection sessions, you could focus on actually securing California's elections instead of accusing others of the crimes your own party members have been convicted of committing. The documents are declassified. The convictions are public record. The pattern is clear. And your projection is showing. #ElectionIntegrity #ProjectionAlert #DeclassifiedDocuments #ActualConvictions #CaliforniaHypocrisy #QuinnsLaws #ReadTheIntelligence #StopGaslighting #FactsMatter #DocumentedFraud #VoterID #SignatureVerification #TransparencyWorks #ConvictedDemocrats #ObamaKnew #NoCollusion #ElectionFraudDatabase #HeritageFoundation #RealConsequences #NotJustPropaganda ¹ DIG-Declassified-Evidence-Obama-Subvert-President-Trump-2016-Victory-Election-July2025 ² Eastern District of Pennsylvania | Former U.S. Congressman and Philadelphia Political Operative Pleads Guilty to Election Fraud Charges | United States Department of Justice (June 6, 2022) ³ Electoral fraud in the United States - Wikipedia ⁴ Heritage Database | Election Fraud Map | The Heritage Foundation (Last updated July 28, 2025) ⁵ Voter Fraud Convictions in the 2016-2020 Elections - 2020Election.org (June 11, 2024) ⁶ Voter Fraud in US Elections? Dear Congressman Swalwell, How entertaining to watch your theatrical tantrum about newly declassified FBI documents that show you were "counseled to be more careful" about intelligence leaks back in 2017. Your dramatic "Come get me, Kash" routine is particularly amusing coming from someone who apparently needed remedial training on keeping classified information classified. Perhaps between your media appearances and social media dramatics, you missed the irony here: declassified FBI records showing a pattern of poor judgment regarding sensitive information somehow becomes evidence of a "Trump stooge" conspiracy? That's quite the logical pretzel you've twisted yourself into. Let's examine your track record, shall we? You're the same congressman who maintained a relationship with suspected Chinese spy Fang Fang for years, despite warnings from intelligence officials. Yet when FBI records surface showing colleagues expressed concerns about your loose lips regarding classified intelligence, suddenly it's political persecution? The cognitive dissonance is breathtaking. I find it fascinating how Democrats like you consistently blame everyone except yourselves when your own poor judgment creates consequences. The FBI noting you leaked information isn't Kash Patel's fault – it's your fault for leaking information. Basic accountability seems to be a foreign concept in your worldview. Your defensive reaction tells us everything we need to know. Instead of addressing why you needed to be "counseled to be more careful" with classified information, you're attacking the messenger and playing victim. That's not the response of someone confident in their integrity. Perhaps focus less on manufactured outrage and more on why constituents should trust someone who apparently struggled with basic intelligence protocols. Your constituents deserve better than theatrical deflection from serious questions about your judgment with sensitive information. #AccountabilityMatters #ClassifiedInformationProtocols #IntelligenceOversight #CongressionalEthics #NationalSecurity #TransparencyWorks #LeadershipFails #VictimCard #DeclasifficationMatters #RealConsequences
