Breaking: IMO: #Trump is asking the Supreme Court if he can fire Jerome Powell.
Trump wants to immediately fire top officials at two independant agencies.
This is using the clause "for cause" in the current legislation.
This is a 90 year old case being tested where congress shields top sitting officials.
IMO: This is to remove Jerome Powell. Other officials will also be able to be fired.
The case needs to be approved by the Supreme Court judges but it is clear.
