I would rather raw dog a beehive than try to figure out how to run ads myself (again) I tried it, spent $30k and made $14k gross. $16k in the hole. So, if you've been in a situation where you're wondering if you could potentially scale your ads yourself Well I'm here to tell you….the answer is yes Yes, you ABSOLUTELY can But like everything, running paid ads profitably requires you to understand the underlying mechanics of messaging, media buying, the ad platform, landing page CRO, sales process optimization, automations There's just a bunch of stuff that you NEED to KNOW And here's the thing.. If you have a decent IQ you could learn all of these at a fundamental level in 12 months. And to get to the point where you're confidently scaling You're going to need about 18-24 months realistically And if you're thinking you could use AI to speed up the process You're wrong Why? You need skin in the game, time in the game, and you've gotta spend your own money for testing. On the topic of AI, It is ONLY going to amplify what you INPUT So if you have the wrong inputs, you'll amplify the wrong things and you lose money Trying to do it yourself and thinking of it as a less risky option is going to lose you money 100% of the time. Not because you're not smart .. But really because you have to treat this as a full time job to get really good to the point where you can scale your ads yourself So as a business owner in this situation, what do you do? First option -> hire someone to do all of this in-house for you Now, to get someone who is talented with ads, media buying, landing pages, CRO, editing etc. you have to be comfortable swinging 15-30k /mo Because these folks can run their own business right out the gate Second option -> Hire my firm to scale TF out of your ads at a fraction of the cost Genuinely unreasonable to do it any other way Here's everything you get when you hire us: - Choice of funnel mechanism - 30-40 unique and individualized video ad creatives fully scripted per month - Full production and editing of 30-40 video ads per month - Complete buildout of the funnel architecture - Fully scripted video sales letter - Full production & editing of the VSL - Complete landing page design and development - High-converting cold traffic landing page copywriting - Confirmation page design - Confirmation page copywriting - Scripting of confirmation page videos - Full production & editing of confirmation page videos - Typeform setup - Frontend pixel conditioning setup - Hyros setup - Ad campaign launch - Slack access for support - 9 fully scripted pre-call email flows - All funnel automations (backend email flows, sms flows, zapier, opt-ins, triggers, redirects) - Setter calling scripts - Setter texting scripts - Media buying - Weekly Ad Creative Tests - 1:1 Monthly Calls - End-to-end funnel optimization and tests (Headline, VSL, Messaging Funnel structure, confirmation page videos, engagement rates) - Sales process optimization You're getting a full team to scale your ads at a fraction of what it costs to hire a full-time employee DM me "ADS" if you're ready to scale

Native Surveys > Typeform: Ditching the extra subscription for JSM's new native employee feedback loops. I’m nuking the extra subscriptions for my clients and keeping everything inside Jira. Cleaner workflows, zero extra logins. Why pay twice for feedback? #Jira

the real question is whether those 250 people are actually waiting for this specific thing or just clicking "interested" on a typeform. one of these tells you something, the other just feels good.

Nothing is more annoying than poor people coming through your ads. I've seen businesses spend $300-500 /day on ads, yet most of their prospects are broke and unqualified… Leads won't pick up calls, they don't have money & they constantly no-show. And the problem usually isn't your ads. It's that Meta has been trained to optimize for the wrong prospects. I've put together EVERYTHING I know about conditioning Meta to attract higher-intent buyers, improve your lead quality, and find your best buyers... Into a 15-page master pixel conditioning masterclass. NO FLUFF or theoretical BS This is pulled from our ad accounts and is quite literally a step-by-step blueprint People pay us 5-figures $$$ to implement this stuff. Inside, I reveal: - How to train Meta to prioritize buying signals instead of lead volume - How to align ad messaging, landing pages, and qualification so poor-fit prospects self-select out - How to structure your Typeform to route reject unqualified leads automatically - How to setup cleaner conversion signals that help Meta find more people who actually buy - The complete pre-launch conditioning checklist we use before scaling spend - Plus TONS more stuff These will improve your downstream metrics like show rates, qualification rates, and close rates I've used this EXACT framework to fix lead quality for businesses spending $5k-$100k /mo on ads. (and now I'm giving it away FREE for the next 48 hours) To receive β†’ Like Comment "Pixel" [Must be following or I can't DM]
