Taking prompt cognisance of the feedback, the Minister there only, directed concerned officials to undertake a comprehensive revamp of the platform within 30 days to enhance user experience and system performance. Demonstrating the Centre Government's commitment to citizen-centric governance, Railway Board officials including Chairman & CEO Railway Board organised a follow-up video conference with the student to gather detailed feedback, concerns and suggestions on the proposed improvements. The proactive response was widely appreciated by the student, who subsequently posted on X: “Thank you Ashwini Vaishnaw for addressing issues regarding captcha & IRCTC website. The Railway Board followed up the next day to take inputs regarding prototypes of the proposed new website.” The initiative reflects the Government's focus on responsive governance and continuous improvement of digital services for railway passengers.
