It's BEEN the answer for years now but the NCAA has utterly refused to even budge in that manor. Remember Northwestern tried to unionize and how that was usurped intentionally.

we teach our kids to embrace all other cultures above our own, post offices are expensive dinosaurs, our CA schools pay near the highest per pupil and get among the worst results. FDR was right that public employees should never be allowed to unionize. So we do agree I guess.

Savvy is right. But there was a similar concentration of wealth at the top 100 years ago, and the people of this country stood up and demanded something be done about it. Taxes were raised on the wealthy. Workers fought for the right to unionize and were about to make a decent, middle class income. From approximately 1945 to 1980 the middle class flourished. Americans are going to have to do what their ancestors did and fight for the right to a better life.
