Gapwaves $GAPW-B had a good day and going back towards the local top. Analysts and pessimists have mispriced this stock because of its subpar Q1 results and long journey to scale, however there is real evidence we are at the inflection point. Thanks to tier-1 partnerships with Hella, Valeo and Desay, the company's scaling looks like this: 2011–2023 (Cumulative): ~60,000 total antennas produced. 2025 (Full Year): ~435,000 antennas produced (validated via their pilot line in Gothenburg). 2026 (Management Projection): Anticipated to scale up to ~4,500,000 antennas. You can see the the growth is now exponential. This has effectively derisked Gapwaves and presents an asymmetrical opportunity. You can't really say it's speculative if their product is already on the road in top vehicles and producing by the millions.

At first it was about Valeo and the wage fines. Then Valeo's lawyers entered claiming I withheld discovery to keep my proof from the court and manufacturing evidence 2 days before filing summary judgement. Now we look at Judge Heather Welch deciding to go off script and make the courts a key player in the story... over just $37,000.

Bunu hepinize seve seve öğreticez merak etmeyin

You clearly don't like that Elon Musk supported President Trump the last time. That's your opinion and you are entitled to it. But I really like how our constitutional republic is set up with all three branches to check and balance each other. I value the Supreme Court opinions more than yours. The key Supreme Court cases establishing that individuals (and later corporations and groups) can spend unlimited amounts of their own money on independent political expenditures to support candidates center on the First Amendment's protection of political speech. These rulings distinguish between direct contributions to candidates (which can be limited to prevent quid pro quo corruption) and independent expenditures (spending on one's own speech, like ads, that is not coordinated with candidates), which receive stronger protection. Limits on the latter are generally unconstitutional because they burden core political expression without sufficiently preventing corruption. 1. Buckley v. Valeo (1976) This is the foundational case. It reviewed post-Watergate amendments to the Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA) that imposed various limits. Key holdings: The Court upheld limits on direct contributions to candidates (to guard against corruption) but struck down limits on: Independent expenditures by individuals or groups. Candidates' spending from their own personal funds. Overall campaign expenditures. Rationale: Money spent to advocate for candidates is a form of protected speech. Independent expenditures pose little risk of direct corruption (no quid pro quo) because they are not coordinated with candidates. The government cannot restrict speech based on the wealth of the speaker. Impact: This allowed wealthy individuals (and others) to spend unlimited sums independently to support candidates they favor, while contribution caps remained. It set the framework for treating political spending as speech. 2. Citizens United v. FEC (2010) This built directly on Buckley and extended its logic. Key holdings: The Court struck down federal prohibitions (from the Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act) on corporations and unions making independent expenditures from their general treasuries for electioneering communications (e.g., ads supporting or opposing candidates). It overruled prior precedent like Austin v. Michigan Chamber of Commerce. Rationale: Independent expenditures, even by corporations, do not create a sufficient risk of corruption or its appearance to justify restrictions. The First Amendment protects political speech regardless of the speaker's identity (corporate or individual) or wealth. "The Government has muzzled the corporations that have the best records of success." Limits on speech cannot be based on the speaker's wealth. Impact: Enabled "Super PACs" (via follow-on cases like SpeechNow.org v. FEC) to raise and spend unlimited funds from individuals, corporations, and unions on independent advocacy. It reinforced that wealthy individuals (and entities) can spend freely on their own political speech. Related Case: McCutcheon v. FEC (2014) This is adjacent but focuses more on contributions than pure independent spending. Key holding: Struck down aggregate (overall) limits on how much an individual could contribute across many candidates, parties, and committees in a cycle (while base limits per candidate remained). Rationale: These aggregates did not effectively prevent quid pro quo corruption and unduly restricted an individual's ability to support multiple candidates they believe in. It aligns with the principle of allowing robust participation by wealthy donors without broad caps.

Headlamps reached their peak with the Cibie H4; Made in France; light where you need it, sharp cutoff to prevent blinding on coming traffic. Factory bought by Valeo and production wound down. When I owned a JK Wrangler, I swapped the polycarbonate trash for these. Night and day.

there were approximately 1.8 million. The first significant SCOTUS opinion in re campaign finance wasn't First Nat. Bank of Boston v. Bellotti, 435 U.S. 765 (1978). It was Buckley v. Valeo, 424 U.S. 1 (1976). It's true that AJ Powell did write the former, but his 2/x
