Dear
@SoSoValueCrypto Team,
I write this not as a single frustrated user, but as someone who has poured real time, energy, and hope into your ecosystem like so many others in our growing community. We’ve shown up daily: completing tasks, referring genuine friends and family, staking
$SOSO, engaging with the platform, and pushing through the verification processes you’ve put in place. We believed in what you’re building an AI-powered crypto research platform paired with
@sodex_official on ValueChain, where real utility and fair rewards could coexist.
But right now, many of us feel isolated. There’s no strong, unified voice speaking for everyday participants. Everyone is left navigating on their own, and when policies feel uneven or punitive, we have nowhere structured to turn. This lack of collective representation is exactly why some recent decisions particularly around rewards tied to downline activity have landed so painfully.
Let me be clear and constructive: Real user verification should matter. If a creator or participant has gone through your KYC-style checks, connected accounts, and brought in verified users who showed initial activity, punishing them later because some of those downlines went inactive feels deeply unfair. Life happens. People get busy, markets shift, or priorities change. But the effort to verify and onboard real humans shouldn’t be erased overnight. It discourages the very grassroots growth that platforms like yours thrive on. We’re not asking for unlimited rewards on ghost accounts we’re asking for recognition of honest work and flexibility for real-world dynamics.
We’ve seen the excitement around airdrops, EXP seasons, staking boosts, and SoDEX incentives. Those have brought many of us in and kept us engaged. Yet the flip side is growing disappointment when rewards feel gated or clawed back in ways that don’t account for community realities. Without a dedicated channel or advocate structure, these issues bubble up as individual complaints instead of productive dialogue.
@LeviSoSoValue @SoSoValueCrypto @sodex_official the team repeatedly isn’t sustainable and it shouldn’t be necessary.
What we need is simple but powerful:
- A clearer, more transparent rewards framework that rewards verified effort and initial onboarding success, with reasonable grace periods or adjustments for natural attrition in downlines.
- Official community representation perhaps a creator/ambassador council or regular AMA-style feedback sessions where real participants can surface concerns directly.
- Continued emphasis on human verification as a positive signal, not something undermined by downstream inactivity.
SoSoValue has incredible potential. You’ve built tools millions trust for research, data, and now decentralized trading. The
$SOSO token, governance utilities, and ecosystem vision are genuinely forward-looking. But ecosystems grow strongest when participants feel seen, protected, and valued not left to fend for themselves.
I’m still hopeful. Many of us are. We’ve invested belief in this project because we see what it can become: a platform where creators, researchers, and everyday users all win together. Let’s not let siloed experiences define us. Reach out, create the space for structured input, and adjust where fairness calls for it. We’re ready to stand with you not just as users chasing points, but as long-term believers who want this to succeed for everyone.
To my fellow community members: Let’s keep building positively. Share your experiences constructively, support one another, and amplify voices that push for better systems. We don’t have to stay fragmented.
To the SoSoValue team: Thank you for what you’ve built so far. Now let’s make the community side as strong as the tech. We’re here, we’re real, and we’re rooting for you.
Sincerely,
A Dedicated SoSoValue Participant and Creator
