🚩Bless your activist little hearts.. Anita Earls’ record? Lord have mercy — lifelong race-baitin’ civil rights litigator, Clinton DOJ Civil Rights Division operative, and founder of the Southern Coalition for Social Justice. This woman built her career suing North Carolina left and right — challengin’ our voting laws, redistrictin’ maps, and screamin’ “voter suppression” and “racial gerrymandering” every chance she got. On the Supreme Court? Queen of bitter dissents pushin’ judicial overreach and defendant-focused “equity” instead of standin’ strong for victims and law-abiding citizens. We don’t need more “personal impact” experiments ruinin’ our elections, schools, safety, or protectin’ predators over victims. Hard pass, sugar! That’s why Sarah Stevens is the fighter we’re votin’ for NC Supreme Court! Our Mount Airy girl with 30 years as a lawyer, former Speaker Pro Tempore, Judiciary Committee Chair — and the boss lady who passed Jessica’s Law to protect our children by limitin’ sex offenders from hangin’ around places meant for minors. She also supported Marsy’s Law to strengthen victims’ rights across North Carolina, givin’ real voice and protections to those who’ve been hurt instead of coddlin’ criminals. Sarah just resigned her House seat to go full savage on this race — that’s REAL commitment to blind justice and victims first, not bench activism. Sarah applies the law as WRITTEN — protectin’ our kids, our victims, and our state. NCDems, take your “personal justice,” your endless lawsuits against North Carolina, your Clinton-era equity agenda, and SHOVE IT! North Carolina’s done with your activist circus that leaves victims behind. Vote Sarah Stevens — November 3! #SarahStevensForSupremeCourt #JessicasLaw #MarsysLaw #VictimsRightsFirst #BlindJusticeNotActivistBS #RuleOfLaw #VoteRed #NCSUPREMECOURT #SassySaysSo
Justice is personal. The work of the Supreme Court impacts our everyday lives in big ways, and we need folks on the court who understand what their decisions do to their neighbors around them. Justice @Anita_Earls breaks down what we need to look for in the judges asking for our vote this fall.

🚨 ENOUGH IS ENOUGH — These Loopholes Are Killing Innocents and Denying Families Justice! Another heartbreaking failure of our broken system: A crazed homeless man accused of brutally slaughtering 23-year-old Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska on a Charlotte light rail train has just been found incompetent to stand trial. He allegedly stabbed her to death in a random, senseless attack — and now the state murder case is on hold while he gets mental health treatment instead of facing full accountability. This is exactly why we need the Sgt. Hason Correa Justice for Victims Act passed NOW. My son, U.S. Army Sgt. Hason Correa — a decorated veteran and father of three — was gang-assaulted and stabbed to death in Harlem. The “intent” loophole in places like New York often reduces cold-blooded murder to manslaughter, letting killers escape full justice. Families of NYPD Detective Jonathan Diller, the innocent Brooklyn baby, and so many others know this pain too well. Add in the “incompetent to stand trial” escape hatch, and violent predators are cycled back onto our streets — or delayed indefinitely — while victims’ families wait forever for closure. The Sgt. Hason Correa Justice for Victims Act will put an end to these deadly loopholes: • Take a Life, Do Life — No more plea deals reducing murder charges. • Stronger accountability that removes barriers like the “intent” requirement shielding killers. • Real consequences instead of mental health delays or revolving-door releases that endanger everyone. Victims and their families deserve full justice, not excuses. Congress — this is urgent. No more delays. No more loopholes that protect the guilty over the innocent. Contact your Senators and Representatives today. Demand they introduce and pass the Sgt. Hason Correa Justice for Victims Act. Sign the petition. Share this. Amplify the voices of victims. Justice delayed is justice denied — and too many families have waited long enough. #JusticeForHason #SgtHasonCorreaJusticeForVictimsAct #TakeALifeDoLife #EndTheLoopholes #JusticeForIryna #VictimsRightsFirst #NoMoreExcusesForKillers #IntentLoophole #IncompetentToStandTrial c.org/TySJrMXhWX Sign & Share the Petition

🚨 URGENT: Families Deserve Full Justice — Pass the Sgt. Hason Correa Justice for Victims Act NOW! In New York, the law still requires prosecutors to prove “intent” to convict someone of murder. This outdated loophole lets killers walk away with lesser charges like manslaughter — leaving victims’ families without true justice for their loved ones. Just look at the heartbreaking cases we’re living through right now: • NYPD Detective Jonathan Diller, gunned down in the line of duty — his killer was acquitted of first-degree murder. • The innocent 7-month-old baby from Brooklyn, Kaori Patterson-Moore, whose life was stolen in a senseless gang shooting. These families are shattered, and the system fails them every single time because of this “intent” requirement. My son, U.S. Army Sgt. Hason Correa — a decorated Afghanistan veteran and father of three — was brutally gang-assaulted and stabbed to death in Harlem. I’ve fought for years so no other family has to go through this pain without real accountability. The Sgt. Hason Correa Justice for Victims Act changes that: Take a life, do life. No more plea deals for murderers. It removes the intent barrier that protects killers and delivers the full justice our loved ones deserve. Legislators — this is urgent. Victims’ families are watching. The public is demanding change. Contact your lawmakers today and demand they support and pass the Sgt. Hason Correa Justice for Victims Act! #JusticeForHason #SgtHasonCorreaJusticeForVictimsAct #TakeALifeDoLife #JusticeForVictims #NYPD #EndTheIntentLoophole #VictimsRightsFirst #NoMoreLoopholesForKillers c.org/TySJrMXhWX
