Today, I want to give you a quick look at the token management tool that will be available right from the launch of Minimal Boards. Vous l’avez compris : Minimal Boards est pensé comme un jeu. Beyond the layers and locations I mentioned in the last DevLog, we needed more precise control over assets—especially tokens. Because let’s face it: once you have a bunch of them, things can get messy fast. Parce que, soyons honnêtes : une fois qu'on en a beaucoup, ça peut vite devenir le chaos. That’s why we created the Token Organizer. Simply put, all tokens placed on the board will automatically appear in this interface, and you’ll be able to sort them into custom folders. Pour répondre à ce besoin, nous avons conçu l’organisateur de tokens. Concrètement, tous les tokens placés sur un board y seront automatiquement listés, et vous pourrez les trier dans des dossiers personnalisables. What the organizer lets you do: Ce que permet l’organisateur : - Hide or reveal an entire group of tokens with a single click — perfect for triggering surprise monster appearances. - Bulk delete tokens easily. - Quickly assign movement permissions: each token can be moved by the GM only, by all players, or by a specific player. - Masquer/Révéler un groupe en un clic — idéal pour cacher des ennemis et créer des effets de surprise. - Suppression multiple de tokens. - Attribution rapide de permissions : chaque token pourra être manipulé uniquement par le MJ, par les joueurs, ou par un joueur spécifique. Smart automation Une automatisation intelligente The organizer can automatically group tokens based on two criteria: - By type: for example, if you place 5 goblins and 2 owlbears, Minimal Boards will automatically group them into “Goblins” and “Owlbears” folders. - By zone: tokens placed within a certain radius of the first one will be grouped together. Perfect for managing monster squads or encounter zones. L’organisateur peut grouper automatiquement vos tokens selon deux critères : - Par type : placez 5 gobelins et 2 gobelours, ils seront automatiquement triés dans les dossiers “Gobelins” et “Gobelours”. - Par zone : tous les tokens positionnés dans un certain rayon autour du premier posé seront regroupés automatiquement.
