Below inflation pay rises are loosing value every day.
When inflation does eventually fall, prices WILL NOT.
We need to fight for Fair deals. If it is below inflation it is a pay CUT.

Looks like NHS workers are getting their COVID payment in, and are quite shocked how much is deducted.
A lump sum was never the answer.
We need genuine real pay restoration.
