Was I the problem? I drove two hours to be with a woman because she was alone on a work trip. I took her for a drink then back to her hotel and hugged her. We were in a weird spot where she was seeing someone but had indicated she wanted to be with me so no kiss or anything else that night so as to not cross a line. She asks about distance the next day. I lay out a full week of time together over Thanksgiving on Sunday as a way to make distance less of an issue, after she tried to say she was being too emotional in talking about us being together. She says I crossed a line. Was I the problem? I think I should have stayed away because she had given mixed signals before.
