Youngsters! I remember PALM IPO. That was truly crazy day! We yet to see SPCX, but I highly doubt today will be anything close to PALM! Even FIG’s IPO was tame compared to PALM. Wait to see OpenAI IPO (unless it does a WeWorks). That should be interesting for bears.

For every google there are 100 WeWorks. Don't let them psyop you out of your money.
Just gonna leave this here. Long-term thinking always wins.

I thank God for all the trials and tribulations Without them I wouldn’t be here Options Funding started in 50 Sqft Weworks offices Now our office is a 2000 Sqft Penthouse over Miami
Day 8 of building the first options prop firm Spent the day setting up the new office This is what $1200/ month gets you I don’t even know how this is legal Now I understand why so many businesses start out of a penthouse

Not to mention that it makes SpaceX into a company buying short-life assets (depreciation) long (equity, not FCF), and leasing it to Google for a short term (depreciation). Which somewhat screams "WeWorks"...
This nine-month contract has more easy outs than a kid’s t-ball game. $GOOG $SPCX

I read the S-1 and it was almost as bad as WeWorks. No chance I'm buying any shares. Thinking of buying puts. Musk has 85% voting control. How can a company operate when its based around 1 man. $531m set aside for claims against Grok, they bought $130m of Cybertrucks. A Space Exploration and AI company owns 1300 trucks. $4.4bn is losses and will it ever make a profit. It's a joke.

Having gone through the personal experience of @PalantirTech giving me explicit death threats during exit interview following that with an attempt on my life they orchestrated that failed in 2023 I am well aware of the consequences one must level up for As an independent Wall Street analyst all I have to say is that physical death doesn’t scare me and it also never scared me coming from nerds who call themselves hobbits renting WeWorks while calling it a Shire // PT on $PLTR remains $2🔻mediocre systems integrator and a meme stock [I am an independent Wall Street analyst]

Cafes have become the cheap, easily accessible, stripped down version of "Weworks everywhere". Thats the economics at play...
