People often say that negative energy will create an even greater positive force.
And yes… sometimes that is true.
Criticism can help people grow.
Pressure can build mental strength.
Rejection can spark innovation.
Many great movements were born from injustice and disappointment.
But there is one thing people often ignore:
Not every storm happens naturally.
Some storms are deliberately created.
Some conflicts are not born from circumstances,
but because someone needs drama to remain relevant and admired.
There are “leaders” who speak beautifully about unity and positivity in public,
while quietly allowing their own team to fall into distrust, division, and emotional exhaustion behind the scenes.
And when everything starts collapsing, they say:
“ignore negativity”
“focus on the project”
“everyone has their own choices”
It sounds wise.
It sounds mature.
But sometimes, it is simply the most elegant way to wash their hands of the damage they helped create.
Because a real leader does not build strength by draining the people who trusted them.
A real leader does not turn moderators, volunteers, or loyal supporters into political shields and content for the next episode of community drama.
