Why I Stayed - My HEMI Journey
1. I first saw HEMI back in September - just a tweet, didn’t think much of it.
But I checked the site, turned on the web miner... and that’s how it started.
2. Slowly I began to dive in:
the docs, the architecture, the Discord.
And it was clear - this project had a face.
3. The team is active in Discord.
Even
@jgarzik replies personally.
Mods are on point. The engagement level is far above average.
4. One key signal for me: GitHub.
And it’s alive - constant commits, issues, and updates.
For a developer, that’s a green flag.
5. I ran a PoP miner in the testnet, and now I’m on mainnet too.
Everything runs smooth, clean, and open-source.
I write threads, articles, join contests - fully in.
6. I’ve seen enough to spot real gems - and
@hemi_xyz is one of them.
The team is building, shipping, and all this while Bitcoin is trending again.
7. Why did I stay?
Because it makes sense.
Because the team delivers.
Because the tech is real.
And one more thing I forgot to say:
The team sees everything. They notice the little things.
That kind of human touch — it matters. It’s inspiring.
Maybe they don't have the biggest funding,
but as a team — they’re truly Team with a capital T.
Honestly, I’d love to work on a project like this.
HEMI feels like the kind of place where builders belong.
