PL/SQLをゴリゴリに書いていた人ですが、新人には教えてないです。知らなくてもいいかなぁと思っています。WindowsServer＋Oracleの環境でBashがない時に、マルチOSのスクリプトとしてPL/SQLが登場する機会もあって、割と目的外用途もみられました。（なので一旦引いてみてる）
