⚡🥎 ARKANSAS THUNDER (DAVIS) CLASS OF 2026 🥎⚡
Today is not just about celebrating college commitments. It’s about celebrating a journey and a sincere THANK YOU!
For many years, these young ladies trusted us with their softball careers, their development, and some of the most important years of their lives. They showed up day after day with loyalty, commitment, sacrifice, and an unwavering dedication to becoming the best versions of themselves both on and off the field.
As coaches, we are incredibly proud of what these young women have accomplished. The college logos beside their names represent countless hours of practice, lessons, workouts, tournaments, road trips, victories, disappointments, perseverance, and growth. Those opportunities were earned through years of hard work and determination.
To Kirsten Holt, Kayla Myers, Kendall Watson, Mikaela Miller, Alexis Jenkins, Ruby Otts, Savanna Mackey, and Makaila Easterwood—thank you for trusting Arkansas Thunder. Thank you for believing in our vision, embracing our culture, and representing our organization with class. You have left a lasting impact on our program, and your legacy will continue to inspire the players who follow behind you. We would also like to thank Jillian Parnell in this class as well and even though she decided not to play college softball we certainly appreciate everything that she brought to our team and organization.
I would also like to recognize the incredible coaching staff that helped make all of this possible.
Coach Trent Davis has been the foundation of this team since many of these girls were just 10 years old. In today’s world of constant movement between teams, having players stay together for that many years is a direct reflection of strong leadership, consistency, and trust. Trent has been the glue that held this team together and is one of the finest coaches we have ever had in the Arkansas Thunder organization.
Coach Michael Myers deserves tremendous credit for helping these young ladies achieve their dreams of playing at the next level. He set the standard for what it means to advocate for players. Michael spent countless hours communicating with college coaches, promoting our athletes, creating opportunities, and helping each player find the best fit for her future. The impact he has made on these families will be felt for years to come.
Coach Bobby Watson worked tirelessly behind the scenes building relationships, fostering team chemistry, strengthening loyalty, and creating the family atmosphere that made this group so special. Bobby never sought recognition and was always willing to do whatever was needed for the team. His servant leadership and dedication played a major role in the success and longevity of this group.
To our players, coaches, and families—thank you.
This class represents everything Arkansas Thunder strives to be.
One Team.
One Family.
One Thunder.
Congratulations, Thunder Class of 2026. Your future is incredibly bright, and we cannot wait to watch the next chapter of your journey unfold.
