Job location is becoming less important each day.
Projects building the infrastructure to bring companies and talent together stand to make a fortune if they act quickly.
@joinbrix is stepping up to build the scaffolding for companies hiring tech talent worldwide. 📃👇
What is Brix?
TL;DR: Brix is an AI-driven (Software-as-a-Service) SaaS platform, launched in 2016 by Worldforce Inc., designed to simplify global recruitment, onboarding, and team management. They already support hiring across more than 120 countries.
Imagine Brix as the master builders on a bustling construction site. While companies focus on erecting their dream teams, Brix provides the cranes, blueprints, and safety nets, tools like AI-powered job description generation, candidate matching, and compliance management.
Brix’s vision is straightforward:
“Empower businesses to build global teams with 70% of the cost and 40% of the time, using AI to connect talent and innovation.”
Their roadmap reflects this ambition. Phase 1, already underway, includes AI recruitment tools and a job board with thousands of listings.
Phase 2, in progress, introduces Employer of Record (EOR) services and the Performance Manager for remote team insights.
Future phases aim to integrate advanced analytics and community-driven hiring events.
The platform’s core offerings showcase its builder-like approach:
🔹 AI Recruitment: Generates tailored job descriptions and matches candidates instantly, drawing from a global talent pool.
🔹 Onboarding Manager: Handles offers, benefits, and compliance in 90 seconds, supporting local currencies and payroll across diverse regions.
🔹 Performance Manager: Offers real-time insights into remote team productivity.
Brix stands out as a bet on AI-driven HR infrastructure, especially for retail adoption. Its global reach, managing taxes (e.g., 0-22% in Singapore), and benefits like 16 weeks of maternity leave set it apart.
Supplying benefits to both companies and employees is key when your profit model relies on providing as many jobs as possible.
$BRIX is still heavily speculative as the exact utility is still being discussed by the founder, Sheridan Clayborne. We can expect to be moving to a profit share model via buybacks, current disucssion is still fluid, you can certainly earn an edge if you monitor this actively.
This makes
$BRIX a very attractive R:R bet, as speculation is higher than ever while a working product is already live. Betting on seeing a portion of profits to be used to support the token already makes this a great bet, sitting around a $2.5M market cap.
PA has been strong so far, supply is more clustered and this is to be expected with such a small cap.
Watching both token utility and bubble maps will give you a strong edge if you think
$BRIX is a good bet.
