A small post box for small hands. The unique child-sized post box was specially commissioned for the children of Fazakerley Cottage Homes, Liverpool. Imagine the excitement of the kids, posting a letter here back in the day. Opened in 1889, the homes were a village in themselves with 21 cottages for nearly 600 children. When the site finally closed in 1964, a quick-thinking Post Office worker rescued this piece of history, and it eventually found its home at Liverpool Museums.

i was walking around when I stumbled upon this place called The International Library of Young Authors they hold over 1,200 books written by kids aged 6-18 and host workshops and field trips for kids all over SF. this is the sweetest thing ever
