This is the story of
@angelmom337, Brenda Larson—and @SandiHKaye, two of the sweetest, kindest souls ever on X. Brenda with over 68,000 followers, and Sandi with over 144,000 both posted uplifting and positive posts daily. Then, a crypto hacker struck, locking both out of their accounts. Despite reporting it through the proper channels (as even Grok outlined), they got zero response from X support. Nothing. Zilch.
Grok confirmed what we all suspect: X’s support system is outdated, overwhelmed, and flooded with complaints from hacked users who never regain access. They both became just another victim in this mess. I stepped in to help Brenda recover her account—only for X to suspend it shortly after, for absolutely no reason. And Sandi’s has still not been returned to her, even though the hacker was suspended in both of the accounts.
@elonmusk, you tout X as revolutionary, but the reality? So many broken pieces in a platform of this scale, led by someone like you, with massive user base and fame—it’s shameful. Premium payers like Brenda get no recourse, no help, nothing. Appalling doesn’t even cover it.
After X refused to restore her original account, she tried starting fresh. Guess what? They blocked her from using X entirely. This isn’t just a glitch; it’s a systemic failure that silences good people. Their stories needs to be heard—share if you’ve been through this hell too.
