Booked a service for my Model Y, just a couple of minor things.
Scheduled a mobile service for a week out (6/22). About an hour later, Tesla Service offered me an earlier slot the next day. I replied instantly: “Yes, I’m available.”
Tesla Service: 🦗🦗
Later in the afternoon, they replied back saying that slot was taken, but offered Thursday (tomorrow) instead. I accepted immediately again.
Tesla Service: 🦗🦗
This afternoon they replied: “We’ll let you know if we can pull it forward.” 🤣
What a joke. First time I’ve ever experienced this with Tesla. Hopefully a one-off.
