The best supplements for slowing or reversing age include:
Vitamin D3 (p=<0.0001)
Lycopene (p=<0.0001)
Omega-3 (p=<0.0001)
Creatine (0.1g per kg) (p=<0.004)
Magnesium Glycinate (p=<0.006)
Zinc Picolinate (p=<0.008)
In the Good/OK tier:
Fisetin - Need to be taken in cycles, high doses 3-4 days every 2 months.
Co-enzyme Q10
Magnesium Threonate/Citrate
Methylated B vitamins
Antioxidant Mixes & Singles (Maqui, Acai etc.)
Selenium
In the Poor/Bad tier:
Vitamin A - Most people do not require retinol form vitamin A as a supplement, if vegan etc. this may be bumped up, especially if you have BCO1 gene variances.
Vitamin C - Not many are deficient, most foods are reinforced with vitamin C and overdosing does not cause any extra benefit, money is usually placed elsewhere, it is ok when included in a multi.
Magnesium Oxide - Just go for Glycinate, Threonate or Citrate
DHEA - Does not aid age based epigenetic clocks, actually appears to have negative correlation (p=<0.001)
