I ordered a product on 23rd July with @AmazonHelp Prime, expecting delivery befofe 29th july as you mentioned.
But it was falsely marked “Delivered” on 29th July — no product received, no OTP, no call.
Is this how Prime works?

Is anyone else having this issue, even though you have really fast internet @PrimeVideo is buffering?
My screen is frozen on @LOTRonPrime and the audio is buffering, and yes I tried refreshing the page.
