The MIMOS Educational & Experiential Tour (MEET), organised by MIMOS Academy in collaboration with the School of Accounting & Finance, Asia Pacific University (APU).
It was a meaningful opportunity to be part of a session that brought together academia, technology leaders, innovators, and ecosystem participants to discuss Malaysia’s evolving digital future.
A particularly important milestone for me and my team was the opportunity to conduct the first public sharing session introducing Tale Wallet and the broader Tale Tech ecosystem.
As builders exploring the future of digital assets, trusted digital identity, blockchain infrastructure, and interoperable digital ecosystems, this platform allowed us to openly share our vision while engaging with students, educators, and stakeholders who will play an important role in shaping the next generation of Malaysia’s digital economy.
One of the most inspiring aspects of the session was gaining deeper insight into the work being advanced by MIMOS, particularly the Malaysia Blockchain Infrastructure (MBI) initiative. Efforts like these represent foundational building blocks in strengthening Malaysia’s digital trust ecosystem and national innovation capabilities.
Our sharing positioned Tale Wallet not simply as a wallet product, but as part of a broader ecosystem exploration focused on practical real-world use cases, including:
🔹 Digital asset usability for mainstream adoption.
🔹 Malaysia stablecoin ecosystem opportunities.
🔹 Trusted digital identity integration (including future possibilities around MyDigitalID).
🔹 Interoperability across digital infrastructure ecosystems.
🔹 Responsible onboarding through education-first ecosystem engagement.
As someone actively involved in community building, digital education, and ecosystem development, I continue to believe that education remains one of the most critical enablers of responsible technology adoption.
A sincere thank you to MIMOS Academy, the organising team, and the School of Accounting & Finance, APU, for creating this valuable platform for knowledge sharing and ecosystem collaboration.
Malaysia’s trusted digital future will require meaningful collaboration between public institutions, academia, industry, and community builders.
Glad to have contributed to this conversation, and looking forward to what comes next.
