I installed it, and it took me a heck of a long time to do the manual installation. Sure, the Archinstall script exists, but I still ran into a lot of errors.
I wouldn't suggest switching to Arch if you don't have the time. That said, I learned a lot through the Arch Wiki. It's absolutely goated and has pretty much everything you need.
I'm on a dual-boot setup, and the systemd-boot configuration caused some major issues. Also, I'm still not used to Arch's package management since I've been using Fedora for quite a while.
Arch is definitely as minimal as people say, and I love that about it. But it takes a lot of time to configure everything and get all the components working together properly.
So yeah, I don't think I'll be using it as my main distro for now. I have to manage my time as well, so I'll be sticking with Fedora.
One tip, though: using a Fedora Spin is way more useful than sticking with the default GNOME edition.
I’m switching to arch linux, behold my upcoming bangers.
