Project Overview
This project is conceived as an architectural interpretation of the call to prayer.... a universal call across religions, inviting reflection, worship, and spiritual connection. Rather than referencing a single faith, the design abstracts prayer as a radiating expression, communicated through form, light, and movement.
Design Highlights
1. Form inspired by the geometry of horns and ladder rungs, symbolizing a call to worship and ascension
2. Building mass begins grounded and focused, then expands outward to symbolize prayer extending to the collective realm
3. Central dome envisioned as a symbolic covering for all peoples, representing unity, protection, and shared spiritual belonging
4. Central monument as a landmark supported by interconnected spaces for prayer, meditation, and quiet reflection
5. Design prioritizes inclusivity, clarity of circulation, universal accessibility, user comfort, and calm contemplative experience
