Milioni 40 kutoka kampuni ya usambazaji wa mashine hizo (Selous Bitechnology Ltd). Akipokea msaada huo Mkurugenzi Mtendaji wa MNH, Prof. Mohamed Janabi ameishukuru kampuni hiyo kwa msaada huo utakaotumika kwa walengwa na kuahidi kuendelea kushirikiana nao ili kupunguza gharama ya mashine hizo kwa wagonjwa. “Madaktari watapewa mafunzo ya namna ya kutumia vifaa hivi kwa ufasaha ili na wao waweze kutoa elimu hiyo kwa watumiaji kwani vitawasaidia wale wenye changamoto ya kusikia”, amesema Prof. Janabi. Kwa upande wake Mtaalam wa vifaa hivyo kutoka kampuni hiyo, Bi. Lucy Sulle amesema vifaa hivyo vina uwezo wa kutumika na watu wa rika zote wenye changamoto ya kusikia kwani vitawasaidia katika shughuli zao ikiwemo za kijamii. “Watu wengi wenye changamoto ya kusikia huwa wanajitenga na kuona kwamba hawahitajiki katika jamii kutokana na changamoto waliyonayo, wengine kupata msongo wa mawazo na hata baadhi kulazimika kuacha kazi au kukatisha masomo hivyo msaada huu, utawagusa zaidi watu wenye changamoto ya kuskia wakiwemo wale walioacha kazi, kukatisha masomo yao ili waweze kuendelea kufanya shughuli zao kama kawaida”, amesema Bi.
