🔒 Ethical hacking and bug bounty programs are crucial for identifying vulnerabilities and improving cybersecurity. Ethical hackers legally and responsibly uncover weaknesses in computer systems, networks, and applications, helping organizations protect their digital assets from malicious attacks. 🔎 Bug bounty programs incentivize ethical hackers to discover and report vulnerabilities by offering rewards and recognition. This approach allows organizations to leverage the expertise of the ethical hacking community and strengthen their security measures. 💪 Benefits of ethical hacking and bug bounty programs: 1️⃣ Enhanced Security: By proactively finding and fixing vulnerabilities, organizations significantly improve their overall security. 2️⃣ Cost-Effectiveness: Engaging ethical hackers through bug bounty programs is a cost-effective strategy, as organizations pay only for results, saving on personnel and infrastructure costs. 3️⃣ Diverse Skillsets: Ethical hackers bring unique perspectives, helping organizations identify previously unknown vulnerabilities. 4️⃣ Continuous Improvement: Bug bounty programs foster a culture of ongoing testing and reporting, enabling organizations to evolve their security practices and stay ahead of emerging threats. 5️⃣ Professional Development: Individuals pursuing a career in ethical hacking can sharpen their skills, gain practical experience, and build a reputation in the cybersecurity community, opening doors to lucrative job opportunities. 6️⃣ Ethical Framework: Ethical hacking and bug bounty programs operate within legal and ethical guidelines, contributing to a safer digital environment. ⚠️ Remember, ethical hacking must always have permission and follow rules. Unauthorized hacking is illegal and has severe legal consequences. ✅ Ethical hacking and bug bounty programs benefit organizations and individuals, providing improved security, cost savings, diverse expertise, skill development, and a contribution to society's cybersecurity.#EthicalHacking #BugBountyPrograms #SecuringOrganizations #ProactiveSecurity #FutureOfWork #INUAAISolutions

The first important thing you need to note is, VDP != BBP (BugBountyPrograms). As a Researcher, you reported them the issue and they successfully acknowledged you and fixed the vulnerability In most cases, VDP doesn’t provide bounty and sometimes it is all on sole discrimination.
