Most Shopify stores install 30 apps.
Only 4 actually matter to let your customers shop wherever they want:
1/ @ZipchatAI (follow @leteyski & @LucaBorreani ) Turn every visitor into a 1:1 conversation 24/7, on your Website, Emails, WhatsApp, Instagram & Messenger. Guides shoppers to the right products by staying on the preferred communication channel.
2/ @omnisend (follow @RytisLauris & @ Marty Bauer) Build a lifecycle machine around your store. Prebuilt ecommerce flows recover abandoned carts, win back buyers, and turn first-time customers into repeat revenue.
Help Shoppers to get connected with brands via Email SMS.
3/ Moast (follow @ Mark Yeramian) Turn your TikToks into shoppable carousels. Social proof that actually converts.
4/ CedCommerce Amazon Channel. Sell on Amazon without the headache.
If you're scaling a Shopify store, check them out.
Are there any other apps you using that actually help shoppers buy wherever they want? Drop them below.

Some other notes from my meetings with Amazon
My exec contact didn’t attend bc of a family emergency so updates were light
1️⃣ They’re planning to do webinars with us. Trying to get approvals from legal bc some topics are sensitive. Will request interview questions from y’all when teams are confirmed
2️⃣ Smoother ungating process and auto ungating imminent (I think the 14 page report I put together from your survey responses def helped)
3️⃣ No progress on Instant FNSKU. Disappointing
4️⃣ Seller Central said they will add InventoryLab and CedCommerce to the front page of SC!!! 😬
Hard to tell from the outside but it seems like Amazon is trying to rebuild seller trust
Amazon put in a lot of work and helped fix some of our requests earlier this year (I.e. used Buybox issue. Also fixed listing creation issues in media categories)
Hoping they pull through on ungating. Seems like some sellers are noticing ungates already
A peek inside Threecolts 👀
Threecolts employs 500 people worldwide
Less than 100 people work on Seller 365
So what else do we do?
1️⃣ Multichannel commerce:
@cedcommerce, @ExportYourStore, @ChannelReply, and Multichannel Pro. We serve almost 10k customers 💪
2️⃣ Recoveries/reimbursements/cost savings:
Amazon 3P & 1P, Walmart 1P (new), Target 1P (new), DHL, FedEx, UPS
3️⃣ Consumer: @camelcamelcamel recently completed a redesign. Working on Walmart next 🐪
4️⃣ Media: @MarketplacePuls the most well known ecommerce publication. We doubled content velocity
5️⃣ Seller advocacy
6️⃣ Behind the scenes: Finance, Data Ops, and HR teams
It takes an army of people to build a legendary business and our goals are massive
Channel Advisor was the first eBay native software to go public
Klaviyo was the first Shopify software to go public
We want to be the first Amazon software
We recently hired two executives that have taken businesses public on NYSE/NASDAQ to help us get there
We still have a ways to go but we’ve made really good progress in just 4 years
We spoke to 3P sellers selling on Temu & SHEIN
Both are interesting marketplaces bc they’re strong in categories where Amazon is gating
We service thousands of 3P SHEIN/Temu sellers through CedCommerce & it looks like sellers are adapting quickly
Link to our findings in thread
Temu and Shein are in the midst of a strategic concession of U.S. market share.
A significant pullback in ad spend has sent both apps plummeting in U.S. app store rankings, as the direct-from-China shopping revolution faces its first real market correction.
