I shared with them that bravery is not about never being afraid, but about taking that first step despite the fear. The journey ahead may seem uncertain, but when we pause and look back at how far we’ve come, we realize we have already conquered so much. I encouraged them to keep pushing forward, to remain connected with the institute that helped shape them, and to draw from their rich experiences.
