No, CMPD needs to break up teen mobs, enforce curfew laws, make arrests (charging parents too) and the courts need to prosecute. Zero tolerance of this bullshit! From what Iโve been told CMPD had teens in handcuffs prior to the shooting. Every single time teens collect by that park, some shit happens. CMPD needs to break it up immediately, not wait until something happens.

CMPD is conducting a homicide investigation in the 5800 block Hickory Grove Road in the Hickory Grove Division.
On Sunday, June 14, shortly after 10:30 a.m., officers responded to a Breaking and Entering call for service in the 5800 block of Hickory Grove Road.ย
Upon arrival, officers discovered a victim with a gunshot wound. Medic pronounced the victim deceased on the scene.
