#Coding4Integrity Hackathon in
#Pretoria, South Africa, concludes:
KnowledgeFound.org/hackathon…
After a day of inspiring opening talks, the weekend was dedicated to the coding competition where in-person and online participants tackled the challenge of enhancing and improving the code they received from our inaugural Coding4Integrity 2.0 hackathon at University of
#Oxford.

#AI &
#DeComm (Decentralized Commerce).
We began in Oxford a few months ago, and have come a long way in just two competitions.
Finalists from our
#Pretoria competition have been selected, and now have 2 weeks to "polish and perfect" their work as they compete for their share of $70,000 in
#KnowledgeToken and professional
#InternetComputer developer grants.
Following a rigorous jurying process the winners will be announced, who then "take the baton" and continue to improve their code in order to hand it off to the next hackathon participants.
Only 4 winners will be selected from the 13 team & solo finalists. Who will the winners be?
Stay tuned!

This particular hackathon comes at a critical time, as we look towards the Summit of the Future that begins today at the UN Headquarters in New York with hope for UN Member States to foster international multi-stakeholder partnerships and collaborations to innovate education for the social and economic benefit of the nearly 2 Billion youth around the world. The Knowledge Foundation and Immersive Education Initiative stand ready to further this important work as we continue to advance the
#EdTech revolution hand-in-hand with the world's youth.
