It has crept into the Church, for sure. At my messianic congregation today, I saw two women with tattoos sitting in front of me. Never understood the appeal to getting a tattoo. It's just part of the culture at this point. It never used to be. Paganism influencing the Church.

Malaysia use the same Alquran to teach unless Rohingya intent to teach different Alquran and why do they need to pray in congregation separately our normal prayer and jumma khutbah not good enough for them or they are openly saying they don't like Islam in Malaysia

Today, alongside His Excellency President William Ruto and fellow leaders, I joined the congregation of the South Nairobi Kajiado Field SDA Conference for a vital church development fundraiser. The church's ambitious vision to construct a school, chapel, hospital, and conference center within the same compound is a transformative blueprint that will immensely uplift the Nkarusa community in Kajiado. Kajiado stands as a proud, cosmopolitan, and nationalistic zone that beautifully reflects our diversity. I extend my deepest gratitude to the President for honoring our invitation and standing with the people of Kajiado. As we move forward to achieve the First World status we all aspire to, we must pursue true financial freedom by accelerating our development through sustainable economic models. As a Finance and Planning expert, I firmly believe that achieving financial independence requires shifting our borrowing model. By borrowing from within, we drastically reduce the heavy burden of foreign interest payments. This philosophy drove our collaboration with the President to establish initiatives like the Infrastructure Fund and the Housing Levy, leveraging our own local resources to tangibly change lives. Through this partnership, we are steadily building financial freedom for all Kenyans, without discrimination.

As a member of the non Christian Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints I woke up at 630 AM to attend a youth council where a group of 10 other adults discussed life building and testimony in Christ building youth activities and camp outs. Then I came home and spent 30 minutes with my 7 year old talking about stories of Jesus. After that I attended a council of my local congregation where we discussed how to best assist members suffering from cancer, als, ailments, poverty, hardship etc and how to best help them with church resources and personnel. All volunteers . After that I came home to get my two twin 13 year olds. I helped them tie their ties and got them early to church so they could help set up the sacrament where we blessed and partook of the bread and water to remember Christs sacrifice and atonement. After we listened to an hour of adults and children bearing their own personal testimonies of Christ and his Gospel. Then I went to a class with other non Christian men where we discussed the differences between the Prophet Samual as a boy and King Saul and their different approaches to Gods commandments. We then applied that lesson to our own lives and how we could become better fathers and husbands. After that I took my two boys to minister to a young couple who just moved into our neighborhood. One of my boys bore Testimony of Christ and the other shared the story of David and Goliath. He asked the young recently married couple if there was anything we could do to help their transition into our neighborhood. Then we prayed over their home and young family and promised to stay in touch. Then we went home and said a non Christian prayer to God the Father in the name of Christ to bless our food and remainder of the Sabbath. Literally millions of non Christian members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints had a very similarly Sabbath day. These non Christians do this week in and week out. They serve the homeless. They feed the hungry. They clothe the naked. They visit the sick and incarcerated. They bless those that need it. They give of their time and resources. They raise children in Christs light and teach them his principles and teachings. All of these millions of non Christian’s bow their head every single morning afternoon and night in worship and thanksgiving to their God and Savior Jesus Christ.

There is not any evidence in scripture that says a bishop is over an elder. Not a hint. Want to know why?they are the same office, same job. Leaders of each individual congregation.

Having worked in business environments with expert adult-learning models and training, I realized the Mass is the example of an ideal adult learning environment. Adults learn best with an experience that includes audio, visual, and kinesthetic — hear, see, and do. For the best learning experience in which the learner will embrace, understand, and actually make behavioral changes, they need to learn from hearing the information, seeing visual content that supports what they heard, and then apply the information such as talking in small groups, answering questions that cause them to internalize the information, and taking a step to incorporate what they learned such as a resolution to add an action into their weekly routine. The action can be a temporary commitment or long-term. So, why would I consider the Mass to include all three learning experiences? - Audio: During Mass, we listen to the word of God during the scripture snd Gospel readings. After the Gospel reading, the congregation hears the Priest or Deacon deliver a homily (sermon) on the teachings the readings impart. The music during the Mass is both auditory and kinesthetic, as the congregation is invited to participate. - Visual: The beauty of the surroundings is observed — the flowers, candles, paintings, sculptures, the clergy and alter servers attire, and stained glass are visually evoking a reverent experience. - Kinesthetic: Adults learn best by doing what they’ve heard and seen. The Mass is participatory throughout with singing, prayer, and responses. At the close of the Mass, the congregation is charged to go out and share their faith with those they come into contact with, to be the light of Christ wherever they go, wherever they are. The Mass is an ideal setting for learning. @Pontifex @USCCB @BishopBarron

Well, again, to no surprise, your ignorance is showing. Mamdani is not in any way a “Jew hater.” Just a few things he’s done as Mayor: He appointed Phylisa Wisdom as Executive Director of the Mayor’s Office to Combat Antisemitism, framing it as advancing his administration’s commitment to confronting hate and protecting Jewish New Yorkers. •He drew praise from Jewish leaders for his rapid and forceful response to an attempted car attack at Chabad-Lubavitch headquarters. •During the campaign, he attended High Holiday services at Kolot Chaiyeinu and the Lab/Shul, addressed members of Congregation Beth Elohim, visited Hasidic leaders in South Williamsburg during Sukkot, and appeared at an Israelis for Peace vigil alongside hostage families on the second anniversary of October 7. He also published an open letter in Yiddish outlining his plans to combat antisemitism. •He emphasized his dedication to meeting with Jewish community leaders, engaging in discourse, and protecting New Yorkers against hate and discrimination.

This video specifically mentioned about prayers doing the congregation prayers or even your prayers alone men and women are the same you cannot look forward, up, or, side to side (well, you can but discouraged) and you need to look down on the spot where you prostrate

The Confession does not deny baptismal regeneration, and it affirms infant baptism. It is a pity you don’t believe your children in the congregation are just drones and not members of the body of Christ. My Presbyterian Church taught that Baptised children are Christians.

You can’t refer to them as “Saints” in any sense as a Catholic. There are only two senses. Saints as in a canonized saint (Mormons fail this criteria). Or saints as in a baptized member of a congregation (Mormons also fault this criteria in Catholicism)

Yeah… I’m mostly being petty because I dislike Baptist theology lol. Anabaptists tend to do things like mandate simple living and stuff like that, and are overall pseudo works based. Obviously that depends on the denomination and well, the congregation, because they are so independent. Communion’s not really a word those folks use btw, “fellowship” tends to be what they call it (where a pastor from one congregation can preach in another for whatever reason) cause they treat the sacraments as symbols (yuck). And you’re right in that they are typically not in fellowship.

Since 1986 I was blessed in finding this congregation. Married by them; and raised six children with their guidance. Along with the Teaching Sisters of Fanjeaux; we live in constant gratitude for their sacrifice.
