The story will get better.. or so I guess.
Note to all- Mr Sam Altman is a thief!
A thief many times over...
@AerendirMobile
RE his Orb project to prove that one is human to eliminate bots (the internet zombification) -
- He just collect your eyeballs - all over the planet
- Gives you some cryptotokens worth NOThing until Orb becomes big
- Link your MOST precious biometrics in servers to the rest of all of your personal data he can grab
- Gives some server-secured/stored token when you need to prove that you are real human and not a bot
To build techno-fascism 2.0 - way more insidious than Google spy machines...
And - the funniest
1. - it DOES NOT prove that you are a human.. it only proves that you WERE human when he collected your iris scan.
2. - and by the way, with your VERY valuable iris scan file and a printer, any other thief can print your biometrics on a soft contact lens.. Any thief can then put the lens on him/herself, which gives in one fell swoop BOTH YOUR IDENTITY and proof of LIVENESS.
ALL this is a pseudo/fake solution - feeding the big data spy machine - without actually solving THE real problem known as the zombification of the Internet.
In a world where we train AI with human data, the ONLY remaining difference between an AI-bot and a human is PHYSIOLOGY.
Hardcore physiology - neural signals never twice the same - and yet whose some invariants are a UNIQUE signature of HUMAN liveness... without any RISK to anyone's privacy
All of the phone/tablet - NO cloud - real signal -analyzed in real time (0.5 sec) - it is an App, but aimed at B2B (accuracy 99.3%)
🚨 ALTMAN BOUGHT BROCKMAN'S LOYALTY IN 2017
In 2017, Sam Altman personally paid Greg Brockman with ~$10 million in equity off the books from his personal family office.
Brockman hid it from Musk.
Musk's family office head Jared Birchall discovered it and wrote to Musk on August 18, 2017:
>"He compensated Greg on the side... a percentage ownership of the LLC that holds the assets of Sam's personal family office, worth $10 million."
>"Naturally, Greg is going to have greater allegiance towards Sam as a result of this arrangement."
Musk forwarded the email to Brockman with: "??"
Brockman didn't respond.
Brockman confirmed it under oath today:
Q: Elon Musk didn't know about this. Right?
Brockman: "He certainly didn't know about it."
Q: "You thought it was fair to have a side deal with Sam Altman that you concealed from your cofounder, Elon Musk?"
Brockman: "We had never discussed compensation directly."
Q: Don't you think it would be material to disclose that someone you were in business with had a specific loyalty to someone else compensating him?
Brockman's defense: "Elon's time was relatively hard to get."
Two years before Altman offered Musk equity publicly, he had already bought Brockman's loyalty secretly. The price was $10 million in equity on the side while OpenAI was a charity.
Hidden from co-founder Musk who was funding it.
