Pavement Engineering research by IITGN has received the Best Overall Paper Award at CTRG 2025.
The award was conferred at the 8th Conference of the Transportation Research Group of India (CTRG 2025), held at IIT Guwahati from December 17–20, 2025. CTRG is India’s premier conference in transportation engineering, bringing together researchers, practitioners, and policymakers across pavements, traffic engineering, and transportation planning.
The award-winning paper titled ‘Analyzing Failure Mechanisms in Concrete Block Pavements’ was authored by Ankita Singh, Sumit Nandi, and Prof Sushobhan Sen.
This recognition highlights IITGN’s impactful research in pavement engineering and sustainable transportation infrastructure.
