@DoorDash you just lost a customer because of the great VIP Customer Support you provide.
I called your 855 number because I can't get your app to finish an order. It doesn't say a thing about a problem with my payment method, it just stops working. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, same problem.
So I call support, which is NOT available through the app any longer. Your tech says I have to order through Google Pay. I tried Google Pay, PayPal, my debit card and credit card. It doesn't come back as a payment issue, it just fails to complete when I'm given the option.
You people got your money on 5/26 for my Dashplus monthly membership. I have been a monthly member since 2020 and have recommended Doordash many, many times to others. Including 279 people living in my retirement apartment building. But when the "VIP Customer Support" person says that he hasn't a clue, and it must be my bank because he hasn't even listened to what I said, I told him to refund the money you billed and got PAID on 5/26 and I'd delete your FAILED app and switch to a competitive service. I think Grubhub is calling my name.
