Weird. My dad started his company by merging with a machine shop. That's why they were known as Datron, because Datron was the name of the machine shop. Aerospace was the computer industry of the 60's.

$CYBL $105M combined revenue since 2022. 2,000 K8 drones delivered. $22.7M F-16 support contract completed. Datron operating in 100 countries. -$15M backlog -$35.5M pipeline. But the filing also confirms the challenges: Legal battles hurt operations, cash flow, collections, financing, and shipments. O/S now sits at 7.17B with major convertible debt still hanging over the company. This comes down to one question: Can CYBL fix the legal/capital structure mess before the defense side fully ramps again? My question is....will certain convertible notes be wiped?! We will see how all this plays out. Hopefully, we get a 2026 outlook pr as to what milestones/catalysts/contracts will be hit this year and the broader plan moving into 2027. Going to keep digging here as always.....

There are quite a lot of German companies that make high precision 5 axis CNC machines. Grob and Datron (Stock listed) are other examples. Hermle is supposed to be the best but also the most expensive.
