We're finally just three days away from the spring equinox, so what better time for a mental reset?
That's why I created the Spring Cleaning for the Mind Challenge! Embrace the new season by decluttering your mind so you can refresh your outlook and create space for more joy and calm in your life. Are you ready to feel lighter, more focused, and ready to tackle anything?
Available exclusively to my Substack subscribers, my Spring Cleaning for the Mind Challenge is a mental wellness resource full of activities designed to help you refresh your mental space—a transformative 30-day journey meant to create lasting positive changes.
Each week this month I've been sharing activities from the challenge as sneak previews, and this week's previews are focused on letting go and saying no!
- Day 12: Say No to One Thing: Identify something you’ve been saying “yes” to out of obligation or guilt. Say “no” today to clear mental space and focus on what really matters.
- Day 14: Create a "To Let Go" List: Make a list of things—emotions, habits, or situations—you need to let go of in order to move forward. Commit to releasing them over the next few weeks.
- Day 17: Identify Mental Blocks: Spend 10 minutes identifying any mental blocks you have. Are there fears, doubts, or limiting beliefs holding you back? Write them down and reflect on how you can overcome them.
Say "no" and prioritize yourself! Let go of emotions, habits, and situations that are holding you back! Identify mental blocks in your life and learn about their roots so you can overcome them! Use these activities to clear out the mental clutter and open up space for all the good things waiting to come your way.
New season, same you but with a new actionable toolkit for maintaining a clear, focused, and refreshed mind. Subscribe to my Substack to receive the Spring Cleaning for the Mind Challenge and get started!
