おれは、ふるい Programmer だから、ソースコードだけが信頼にあたいするものであって、AI Agent なんかは二の次なんだよなぁ。基本は DevOpsSec とか、そーいうところだとおもうんで、実は VibeCoding には興味がそんなにないのでありました。

AI開発は、開発したものを個人で使うのか、チームで使うのか、部門内にとどめるのか、社内全体で使うのか、あるいは外部に公開するのかによって、考えるべきことが大きく変わります。 使う人や公開範囲が変われば、求められる安全性や運用の考え方も変わるためです。 そのためには、まず安心して試せるサンドボックス環境を用意し、本番環境とは切り分けて検証できる仕組みが必要になります。 さらに、その環境を継続的に動かし、改善していくための基盤やプラットフォームを整え、会社の規模や文化に合った運用やセキュリティの考え方を選んでいくことが欠かせません(DevOpsSec) AIは一部の担当者だけが使うものではなく、早い段階から開発や活用を社内に広げ、自然に使われる状態まで持っていければ、仕事の進み方そのものが速くなります。その積み重ねが、結果としてビジネス全体のスピードを押し上げます。 こうした差は、おそらく数年後にははっきり表れてきます。 ただ今の時点では、その重要性にまだ気づいていない、あるいは実感できていない人や組織が多いのも現実です。 だからこそ、今から少しずつでも取り組めている会社が、後から大きな差をつけていくのだと思います。

What happened in the last "Enterprise" org I worked in, was that, DevOpsSec push it through, Jira/Confluence stayed, then more Business oriented users like HRBP, etc. adopted their own tools on top of those. Gitlab was never fully adopted outside of DevOps teams.

DevOps and DevOpsSec is slowly becoming congested too. But it's a very good field. Cloud is a way for me. I am focusing on 365, Intune, Entra and MAM, MDM etc.
