水曜日にTRAKTOR KONTROL MX2が届いて、今日はパソコンにＤＪソフトのTraktor Pro 4をインストールして接続してみました。 いやいや、TRAKTOR KONTROL MX2は良いですね！ 今はなきVestaxを含めると私はＤＪコントローラーは１０台以上、購入していますが、このワクワク感は久しぶりです。 大きさは人気のPioneer DDJ-FLX4より少し大きいです。 TRAKTOR KONTROL MX2はＤＪプレイに必要な要素は全て入っていますし、ツマミやレバー、ボタンに安っぽさがなくて触っていて気持ちが良いです。 最新機種なので流行りのStemコントロールもあります。 何より２万円以上するＤＪソフトのTraktor Pro 4が付属していますので、このクオリティで６万チョットなのは価格破壊に近いと思います。 実質、フル装備の最新ＤＪ機材が４万円で買えてしまいます。 もちろん、今のデジタルＤＪは機材ではなくて使用するソフトウェアで決まります。 私は今までSarato DJ Proを使っていましたし、このソフトが初心者でも使いやすいと思っています。 今回のTraktor Pro 4は本日、少し触っただけなので細かいことは分かりませんが、Sarato DJ Pro並みに使いやすいのではあれば、今後はTRAKTOR KONTROL MX2とTraktor Pro 4でＤＪしたいと思いたくなるぐらい、TRAKTOR KONTROL MX2は触っていて気持ちの良いＤＪコントローラーに思えました。 TRAKTORシリーズはNative Instrumentsと言うドイツのメーカーなのですが、私は音楽制作時に、このメーカーと提携しているiZotope社の音楽制作用のソフトウェアのOzoneやNeutron、Nectarなどを使用しているので、馴染みがありますし、音的にも信頼しています。 Traktor Pro 4にもiZotope社のOzoneのテクノロジーが取り込まれているようです。 少しＤＪミックスしてみた感想ですが、ボタンのOn/Offが光の強弱で確認できるようになっています。 これはクラブやディスコなどの暗いＤＪブースを想定してのことだと思いますが、結婚式の２次会などのホームパーティーで明るい場所でＤＪする時もありますので、光の強弱ではなくて光のOn/Offで確認できると良いなと思いました。 これは設定で変えられるのかな？ 他に気になるのはTractorで検索すると大量に農機具関連がヒットすることぐらいで（←それは仕方ないだろ！）、他は全く問題ないと言うか、むしろ弱点が見つからないぐらき本当に素晴らしかったです。 TRAKTOR KONTROL MX2は今後のＤＪコントローラーのスタンダードになれるポテンシャルは十分に感じています。 Native Instruments社の本気を感じました。 新しいＤＪソフトのTraktor Pro 4を使いこなすには時間がかかりそうですが、上達する過程も楽しいんですよね。 今はクラブやディスコでのＤＪプレイから遠ざかってはいますが、ほぼ毎日、音楽制作は（小室）徹夜で続けていますし、いつかクラブやディスコでＤＪ復活したいと思っています！！！ #DJ #DJ機材 #DJcontroller #NativeInstruments #TraktorKontrolMX2 #TraktorPro4 #Tractor
