That's true Marko , same here .After 30 yrs 7days a week I'm now in this position. I'll pump Reno's in the big house, rent it out n move into my downsizer that I already own. They wanna play silly buggers . Yep don't give em anything there going to waste. As Packer said .

I moved into my GF's house, in the year 2000 I 'have' a 45 cal Downsizer I stuck a rd in it and hid it somewhere in the house, that was convenient, in case I needed it. 26 years, and I still don't remember where I put that little bastard!

Plus aucune Alpine A110 neuve : ce modèle culte disparaît définitivement. La renaissance en électrique ne sera pas la même niveau poids !

I'm stuck renting, with very few sales listings, so I envisage I'll be renting for a while longer. Interestingly, most of the houses I've viewed are probate or care home downsizer houses, as the others that are listed are overpriced 3-year flips from the pandemic. Certainly not paying 300k extra for a bit of paint and a Howdens kitchen.
