L’ARCOP a présenté à Lomé sa plateforme de formation en ligne « e-format » aux membres du Bassin national des formateurs (BNF).
Une initiative portée par la transformation digitale pour moderniser la formation en commande publique.
Le DG p.i., M. Aftar Touré MOROU, a rappelé que ce projet s’inscrit dans la modernisation et la dématérialisation des services de l’ARCOP.

It all started 11 years ago today, when my first piece of fiction was published.
Malfunction was a novella which came out in eformat only.
It later became the opening chapter of my full-length sci-fi novel, Timeshaft, now published by Dragon Moon Press.

Another major issue with this book is when it is accessible through school in eformat, which can contain HYPERLINKS to Match and the author’s contact info. 🤯

All internet news sources inevitably become "personalised" and put you in a cocoon of news.

Why hasn't newspaper industry solved home deliveries yet?
I have been using ePapers since long after multiple attempts to solve timely delivery by 7.30 am. There is simply no helpline / method to resolve.
Finally, "no comments" on ePaper interface on mobiles..
