He took people off government benefits that did not earn the government benefits, it is called fraud. He stopped the fraud so the system could continue to provide benefits to the people legally elligable to receive government benefits. Stop the fake outrage.

No. Aang got his tattoos for learning / mastering all but 1 path of air bending. Normally you get your tattoos when you're a fully realized master, but creating a new form of air bending also qualifies as mastery. Aang created the air scooter and was thusly considered elligable

What a narrative lol. Government had taken transportation service back from the public officer who were not elligable by law to get the transport service (which is distributed according to the post) but were using it anyway because of connections and power.
