Attack like this must be driven by intense hatred, rage and resentment. What did the Sudanese migrant expect in Britain that he didn't get? Or - and this is serious - was he exercizing jihad in his bitterness?

The C L O C Method I have developed a bit of a system to help me make sure I am spending my time on the things that most need and deserve it. Think Big Minute #51 The C L O C Method has 4 buckets with a special 5th bucket, one for each of the types of things you can spend your time on. C - Create - Making something new. Content, a product, a business, a meal, a project, art. Anything where I'm producing something that didn't exist before. L - Learn - Taking in new knowledge or skills. Reading, courses, podcasts, training, studying. Anything that grows my mind or adds capability I didn't have. O - Optimize - Getting better at things I already do. Practicing, exercising, refining a skill, improving a process. Sharpening what I've already got. C - Connect - Time with people. Partner, family, friends, community. Real presence with the humans who matter to me. Then there is the dreaded D bucket... Drift... shit that doesn't fall into any of the others and is usually wasted time. Scrolling, video games... whatever. I call it the CLOC method because... well partly because acronyms make things easier to remember. But also because it's based on the clock. I give myself a number of minutes for every day, week, and month. Day = 1,440 Minutes Week = 10,080 Minutes Month = Around 43,200 minutes (depending upon on what it is) Then I allocate the number of minutes to each bucket. So for example a day could be Create - 530 - This is just under 9 hours of work, inclduing content creation and anything that grows my companies and brands. Learn - 90 minutes - This is usually an hour of reading, and watching or listening to something eductional while I eat. Optimize - 700 minutes - So it would include 8 hours sleeping, 90 exercizing, 90 minutes walking, and 40 minutes optimizing work stuff... so adjusting an ad budget or something like that. This also includes basic daily stuff... showering, brushing teeth etc... Connect - 120 minutes. Right now this means spending some quality time with my girlfriend. So that is an example of what a day might look like... ...but I'm not perfect. I might end up getting distracted, screwing around etc.... When I do stuff that doesn't fit into one of the main 4 buckets it goes into the Drift bucket. Then every week I look at how I am progressing, note the days I kept the D bucket low, note the days I was deffciient or overflowing in each bucket, look at the specific activities in each and figure out how I can make changes to make the next week better. Then after a motnh I look at how things have progressed and if I am significantly better off than I was the previous month, how much D bucket I had, and what I can do to make the next month better. One other thing worth mentioning, some things can fall into multiple buckets, and therefore you may have days where you have more minutes allocated than there are in a day. For example I played tennis for an hour with my girlfriend today... that goes into the Optimize and Connect Buckets. For now I keep track of what I do throughout the day in noted on my phone, and total the days in a Google sheet. I am going to build a simple SaaS and eventually a mobile app to make it easier. This has worked incredibly well for me and has made me as productive, healthy, and happy as I've ever been. So let me know if you decide to give it a try, or if you have a system you use to get the most out of your time, and, most importantly... ...Think Big!

It is indeed very dangerous. Exposing yourself to yoga may lead you to be in contact with demons. They pretend that it is simply exercizing but, as a matter of fact, its spiritual origins lead to demons. Lookout for kundalini yoga for a better understanding of how dangerous this is. The dual serpent is the devil himself and the illumination is demonic possession.

when I was a kid and got my diagnoises, my psychologist told me that it explained why I was how I was, but that I must never ever think it excuses the way I am I am so happy he told me that, because so many people who have autism never make an effort to grow out of these sorts of mental hangups I used to need to count to 4 whenever I did anything, had to chew my food 4 times, when I played games, I'd press a button and then mentally press it another 3 times. I also was endlessly paranoid about the world ending, first volcanos, then 9/11 messed me up and I was apranoid wheneve I heard airplanes, then Bird flu, then blackholes and then the 2012 super collider acitvating, etc. As much as you may not want to hear this, I speak from experience when I say you can just silence these mental hangups and if you do it a lot, they will stop popping up I thnk exercizing ccontrol over your life is the best remedy, whne I started building muscle and atively taking decisions over my acitvies, what I wanted to learn and do, it realy reframed how I thought and processed information You will never overcome this choice paralysis by complaining about it
low key this presents an accessibility issue for me as someone with autism and adhd who can suffer from severe choice paralysis. like the presence of these options will actually negatively impact my experience because i'm going to be agonizing over if i made the "right" decision

"avoiding exercizing" and we're talking about people who literally can't even eat, talk to people or get out of the bed. LITERALLY. But sure, they are "avoiding" exercising just for shits and giggles to be a Bad Person and, I don't know, get extra sympathy or something.
