DAVID GRUSCH -- REMARKS ON CURRENT "BATTLE," FUTURE PLANS, AND CHARLATANS
In an interview with Chris Farrell posted May 5, 2026, former intelligence officer David Grusch, now a policy advisor on the congressional staff of
@EricBurlison, said "we're in the middle of a battle right now, and we need the President to help us win this battle of government transparency."
Grusch asserted that he "never wanted to be a public personality" and would prefer not to be "on the public stage." He also said, "I promise I'll write a book after this is all over. It'll be my leadership meditations...I'll do a media tour or something like that."
Grusch remarked, "This subject brings out a lot of charlatans, a lot of people who want attention, a lot of people who want to generate certain narratives." He did not identify any specific individuals as examples of the people he had in mind.
