I can’t stop thinking “that’s not what they meant by grassroots” when I read this (great pun btw if that’s what you intended) Aren’t the states where it’s semi legal getting a lot of tax money off it? I think if it’s making the gov money then things will change.

Other than he pointed out that the person who came up with the sokovia Accords was the villain from the Hulk movie. They are literally working or expected to work with a Marvel villain. He is an established villain. I feel like that should be an automatic no.
