Here's when DPLS filed their lawsuit against FirstFire over being an unregistered dealer. I believe they even won that lawsuit 🤣

So would $DPLS be considered a "depressed asset" now in "danger" of being acquired like the great value Optilan was? All questionable decisions and partnerships are surely in the past...Bravatek, FirstFire and Optilan...right? Comeback 3.0?

$dpls installing fiber isn’t cheap, I can’t imagine Dpls starting dilution soon, just not enough meat for them right now. The ideal scenario imo is after a bit of a rally dpls announces that they reached a settlement agreement with FirstFire(around $45m) then announces a share buyback with the proceeds. 🚀🌙

MastHill and FirstFire were getting shares every month. They've both been paid off in cash so that's no longer happening, and no other open notes or warrants currently out there.
