Agrava Ruy López Ridaura crisis de medicamentos y servicios médicos en #Pemex; declaran desiertas todas las licitaciones @Pemex #Chiapas #Tabasco #TuxtlaGutierrez #Villahermosa El procedimiento de licitación DAS-CAN-B-GCSS-RLC-106018-1 para el suministro integral de medicamentos para derechohabientes de Pemex, correspondiente a 61 localidades adscritas a la subgerencia de Servicios Médicos Subrogados fue declarada desierta, al igual que todas las publicadas para contratar servicios médicos. La licitación de medicamentos, que rondaba por los 2 mil millones de pesos, tenía dedicatoria: Farmacias El Fénix del Centro SA de CV, de Javier González Torres y administrada por Xavier González Zirión -hermano y sobrino de Víctor González Torres, el Dr. Simi, respectivamente; o tío y primo hermano de Jorge Emilio González Martínez- pero al final la funcionaria Damaris Saraí Virrueta Theurel -S.P.A. del Titular de la Subgerencia de Abastecimiento- optó por declarar desierto el fallo. Con ello, el actual subdirector de Servicios de Salud (SSS) de Pemex, Ruy López Ridaura, agrava aún más la problemática en los servicios médicos subrogados, para dimensionar la problemática cabe señalar que los últimos reportes señalan que en la red de hospitales y clínicas de Pemex, la tasa de recetas no surtidas ha variado significativamente, registrando un promedio histórico reciente que oscila entre 2,900 recetas diarias (90,000 mensuales) en sus periodos más críticos, hasta aproximados más optimistas de 800 a 1,000 recetas diarias (24,000 a 30,000 mensuales) conforme a los últimos reportes sectoriales de abasto institucional. Los datos son variados, según la ONG ‘Cero Desabasto’ en su informe de transparencia, en un año crítico como 2022 se contabilizaron 1,086,360 recetas no surtidas de forma efectiva en el sistema de salud de #PEMEX. Esto representó un promedio mensual de 90 mil 530 recetas sin surtir (2,976 recetas sin surtir diariamente). La tendencia mejoró, informes como Radiografía del Desabasto y reportes de la Secretaría de Salud muestran que PEMEX estabilizó su nivel de surtimiento completo en torno al 90%. Dado que el desabasto promedio se redujo a nivel federal, estimaciones proporcionales sitúan la cifra en un rango menor, mitigado en parte por mecanismos de "surtimiento alterno" o convenios con farmacias externas autorizadas. Sin embargo, esa tendencia, se vuelve a poner en riesgo, pues expertos señalan que declarar desierto este proceso interrumpe el flujo planificado de suministro integral de medicamentos en las 61 localidadesafectadas, afectando a grupo vulnerables y generando un gasto fuerte en los bolsillos de los derechohabientes que se verán obligados a comprar medicamentos o fármaco con sus propios recursos o se verán obligados a asistir a otra clínica propia de Pemex. Y SIN CONTRATOS PARA LOS SERVICIOS MÉDICOS SUBROGADOS Desde que Ruy López Ridaura asumió la SSS no se ha adjudicado una sola licitación para servicios de atención integral para trabajadores, jubilado y derechohabientes de Pemex. Todas estas licitaciones fueron declaradas desiertas: DAS-CAN-S-GCSS-RGMO-104765-26-1 servicios Médicos Subrogados Región Sureste para el periodo 2026-2027; DAS-CAN-S-GCSS-RGMO-104763-26-1 servicios Médicos Subrogados Región Norte para el periodo 2026-2027; DAS-CAN-S-GCSS-JAPS-104762-2026-1 servicios de atención médica integral de Segundo Nivel en la Región Pacífico; DAS-CAN-S-GCSS-JTM-104764-2026-1 servicios de atención médica integral de Segundo Nivel en Región Centro; y DAS-CAN-S-GCSS-SPPM-104767-2026-1 servicios de atención médica subrogada de medicina general y auxiliares de diagnóstico de laboratorio para Trabajadores, Jubilados y Derechohabientes de Petróleos Mexicanos para 19 localidades. Es extraño, pero pareciera que no hay dinero para estos servicios que son prioritarios y un derecho universal para los trabajadores, jubilados y todos los derechohabientes de Pemex. PARA ALIMENTO SI HAY RECURSOS Lo extraño es que a la par de las licitaciones desiertas, otras como la DAS-CAN-S-GCSS-SPPM-106254-26-1 para el servicio de alimentación para los derechohabientes hospitalizados y médicos residentes del Hospital Regional Villahermosa para el periodo 2026-2027 sí se adjudicó. La empresa ganadora fue la chiapaneca Coordinación de Distribuciones y Servicios Logísticos SA de CV, por un importe máximo a ejercer de $56,851,649.44 pesos. La empresa fue constituida en Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas, por Claudia María Esquinvar Constantino y José Alberto Zuart Barrón, y en 2023 obtuvo en Pemex el contrato 4700016034, por $146,151,659.30 pesos, para la adquisición de bienes para avituallamiento destinados a las Unidades Médicas adscritas a la Subdirección de Servicios de Salud de Petróleos Mexicanos para el periodo 2023-2025 (Partida 2, Zona Sur); y el No. 4700015921, por $25,329,506 pesos, para la adquisición de Avituallamiento destinados a las Unidades Médicas adscritas a la Subdirección de Servicios de Salud para un período de 18 meses. Llama poderosamente la atención, que la empresa chiapaneca tiene un gran número de contratos en el IMSS del también chiapaneco Zoé Robledo Aburto, como los contratos: DC20S273, por $16,251,933.99 pesos; DC20S272, por $8,826,832.63 pesos; D2M0078, por $3,814,775.49 pesos; D2M0005, $4,745,185.44 pesos; y/o D2M0002, por $23,126,671.38 pesos.

Sir, Regarding article no. RY002701522IN destined for China. Following an investigation through GCSS Postal in coordination with China Post, a satisfactory final response has not yet been received from China Post. Therefore,  the query was raised again with China Post on 26.05.2026, requesting the Authority Code for compensation to the sender, as the article has neither been delivered to  the addressee nor returned to the sender to date. Government Comprehensive Secondary School, Borikiri, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, has emerged as the overall winner of the 2026 Nigeria LNG Science Competition, outperforming six other schools in the keenly contested event. This was announced in Port Harcourt at the end of the contest’s grand finale, sponsored by Nigeria LNG in partnership with the Rivers State Ministry of Education and the Science Teachers Association of Nigeria. Seven schools participated in the rigorous contest, which featured questions in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science and wildcard categories. GCSS Borikiri emerged overall winner with 57,189 points, ahead of Niger Delta Science School, which placed second with 49,135 points. Enitonia High School, Port Harcourt, finished third with a total of 47,686 points. Other participating schools were Government Secondary School, Eneka, which finished fourth; Community Secondary School, Rumuomasi, fifth; Nigerian Navy Secondary School, Borokiri, sixth; and Comprehensive High School, Alesa, Eleme, seventh.

Following an investigation through GCSS Postal in coordination with USA Post, the reply received for our 1st query, " Dear Colleague, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) received the item on 05/05/2026 and is currently processing it. CBP has 45 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process the item. If CBP detains a package, the International Mail Branch will send a letter to the recipient to explain the reason and provide specific contact information for further assistance. CBP can only track or investigate the status of a package after 45 business days (after 10/07/2026 for this item). If the recipient does not receive a detention or seizure notice within 45 business days, the recipient may write to CBP via the help.cbp.gov website and include the following details about the package: 1. Name and address of the consignee / recipient (as it appears on the package) 2. Name and address of the sender (as it appears on the package) 3. The contents of the package.
