So a couple of weeks ago @Heidi_Labour made a big thing about how they were taking over Thameslink and how much better it would be. So why are they cutting stations on the service when trains are delayed? I thought that was why they deposed Thameslink Govia for doing the same?

The union has been campaigning for all elements of the railway to be taken into public ownership and has welcomed the commitment by the government to launch Great British Railways with track and train all nationalised. I have noticed a slight name change on the GTR website, where they have rebranded from Govia Thameslink Railway to Greater Thameslink Railway, following their transition into public ownership under the Department for Transport. 🚆
