I purchased a Noise Evolve 4 AMOLED Smartwatch (Order ID: OD335737478815490100), delivered on 18 Oct 2025 through Flipkart. The smartwatch has stopped working, and I am unable to get any proper support or warranty assistance.
Despite repeated attempts, there is no effective response from either the seller or the brand. If this product is under warranty, I request an immediate replacement or repair.
Kindly confirm who is responsible for resolving this issue and provide a prompt solution.

Warning: Don't waste your money on the NoiseFit Endeavour 2. Mine resets constantly (3x an hour!). Even after sending it back for a repair/replace. @gonoise failed to fix it. 3 tickets later, still stuck with a defective product. Worst customer care. 😡 @gonoise

@gonoise Battery backup is only 3 days even without calling and BT uses. Multiple times automatically switch off and restart. 2nd time goes blank and not working anymore, remain switched off. Worst experience.

@Flipkart@gonoise It is believed that the battery has been deat as the product was manufactured 2 years ago. Check the video and the image and provide the resolution at the earliest. Else need to take this issue to consumer court.
